I'm really surprised beyond words by how amazing the author mastered to portrait such a healthy relationship between the characters despite the plot revolving around forced / necessary skinship between them and one of them having past trauma about SA
the growth of the characters was just in place and made lots of sense. I've read bunch of stories where the ML already knew the MC from the beginning and when you get to know about it deeper in the story it doesn't makes sense because there was not a clue in his behaviour that could give a hint. but this? his behaviour was mysterious, yeah, but it made a lot of sense to me once i got to read about his past. all the dots connected. the behaviour of the MC also made sense ALL the time, his doubts, pain, and personality were dully connected to his experiences.
and gosh the communication is just CHEFS KISS. im so goddamn tired of stories making their plot about lots of misunderstandings. it's just boring to see the couple running in circles because they can't talk. they took their sweet time, but it was consistent. and when they finally got to approach their shit, they didn't hide or lie and were honest to each other about stuff. ALSOOOO, they way i loved when the green guy told Taegun he should be careful around Eunseong because he could knock him out? and how Taegun didn't blink an eye towards this statement because he already made up his mind about Eunseong being a good guy? maaan, it's so refreshing to read stories without dumb misunderstandings. i love it i love it i love it. I'm so glad they finally talked their stuff out. I wish the update could get here faster TTTT
