So I can't remember it but it's a doctor one.
Set in modern time and is MMC.
The only scen I remember is the guy taking control/handling the ER really well although he is a resident (I think hes not a full fledged doctor or I think they expected him not to do well.)
The reason for being able to handle the ER so well was because he had lots of experience in a prior ER.
By experience I mean he was the one in control before he moved to that hospital.
Also, I don't think he had defining characteristics like really bright hair.
