The manga is titled "life" and base on the way the mangaka choose to tell their story the ending is the only logical conclusion. Things (i don't want to ruin it for those who have not yet read it) like that happens all the time in life.
Just because a story is sad or have a sad ending doesn't mean it is bad. What other ending did you expect when from the 2nd chapter it was clear we were going to read their love story in a chronological order base on age and different periods in their lives?

Dude, chill! it is obvious schaver didn't mean the manga is "bad" in the context of quality. He/she meant it in the context that the manga is surprisingly tough on the heart (meaning, emotional, sad, bittersweet, etc.) get it?...smdh

how is it "obvious" that schaver meant bad in sense of context when the person themselves stated "bad manga" not "sad manga" or "sad ending". words have meaning and those two words, "sad" and "Bad" means two different things. BTW, how would you know what the person meant? You can only assume or infer from what the person said, like i did.
Also i don't care if Schaver or anyone else don't like this manga (i like it thats all i care about), we all have our own preferences. I was just stating in my previous that just because a story is sad that doesn't mean it is bad and that the ending although sad it was logical and reasonable base on the way it was told.
I understand that not everyone enjoys sad ending or sad stories and if Schaver is such a person then i see why this story was a bad fit for them.

(￣∇￣") uh, sorry if my word wasn't very clear, I really really really love this manga, I mean with all the plot from happy to sad and happy again and with the seems-like-a-happy-and-cheerfull-manga cover I never expect such a story, oh dont forget about the effect this manga gave me, well, yeah thats amazing right? And the "bad" word here doesnt mean the manga is bad, its more like joking or not a serious word, hm how do I explain this (￣∇￣") but anyway sorry if this somehow offend you, really, thats not what I really intend to do, what I really wanna say was this manga's great but you have to prepare your heart before reading this because this manga made me cry, there, that's what I really wanna say (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I wasn't offended but thanks for explaining. I assumed you meant the manga was because because it had somewhat of a sad ending. anyways, i just wanted to say i wasn't offended- you make it personal and i hope i didn't either.
