so glad i saw this comment - others are whinging about the build up, but i'm glad to see from some that its worth it. have you read Payback? that's probs the most tension i could handle lololol
The buildup is so ORGANIC though and it's what makes the story shine. and gives it a realistic touch. Definitely one of those memorable mangas
I've read Payback too (haven't finished it but I'll get back to it since you mentioned it) and I liked it because they're both neurodivergent and psychotic in their own ways lmfaooo You can see the initial chemistry evolve. Is it one of your favourites? Or you meant tension as in slow burn hahahah

I literally never comment but this manga is peak, this author is a living legend when it comes to creating chemistry and building relationships. The plot is really good too, you can tell the author has such extensive knowledge in the field that I wouldn't be surprised if they had pursued a degree in law.
