With a proper bra and back support plus improving her posture she shouldn't need a breast reduction. Don't take this the wrong way bc I just wanted to educate you, not attack, but this comment is like body shaming for a big breasted girl. You can take my word bc I'm a D cup and my mom was bigger and went through the reduction herself. I'd only ever suggest a reduction if they caused pain but I know there are many women out there larger then me who don't need it. It's a choice.
