Same. It just doesn’t make sense that she just flipped. He probably told her to leave but leave the child and any mother worth her weight in salt would flip out about that. Only for her baby to get so scared he didn’t even want to go. Tsk I fell for her. That was a lot for one being to take in yet they wonder why she shutdown and was emotionless. Hell I’ll go even further and say the war was probably started by humans. Since we have the habit of fearing what we don’t understand rather it’s fiction or real life.
I think the dragon's dad was being an as*hole after finding out about his wife and son being dragons and did a total 360 that's why she got angry and killed him. But the humans spun the story to fit their narrative
