"Judge made law" is a legit term that exists for a reason. Stop being stupid and assuming things. I don't have to phrase things the way you want me to. Seems that if a woman does penetrate herself forcibly, using a man, it's not even sexual harrasment. Because it states that "a man committing the following acts." I don't intend to center things around my country, but I just want to use it as an example of how legal definitions don't have to be necessarily right.
