Ermm...webtoon called 'Fools' maybe? I don't really think my guess is correct, but the social media part you mentioned really reminds me of 'Fools'.

So the cover is of two boys on a baby blue background. The one on the left has narrowed eyes and the one looking up at him has big eyes and a smile. They're both in black and white. I don't remember their names sadly but I know the boy with the big eyes likes social media and posts almost every part of his life on there. If you know this book please reply to me.
