I skipped from there to the last chapter to finish because Chapter 22 had me like wtf
If I remember correctly, Hyewon's life was being threatened and Yoosun was rescued from poverty when the both of them were young. Yoosun was then taken in by Hyewon's aunt to act as her 'stunt double' when attending public events since they look so much alike. That way, no harm would come Hyewon's way.
