Sadly,we wont get to see babies,they arent even fated pairs .Both of the couples are betaxomega not omegaxalpha .(Only alphas can bite their pair)
(And onyl alhpas and omegas can do babies)(As i said thats why etv nagisa wears a coral,cause his pair isnt an alpha and cant leave a mark on his nape,so he doesnt want to get bited by a alpha)
They can have babies its just harder than omegaxalpha
They already showed that the uke in the first couple is pregnant and later at the end they showed the 2nd couple's baby

Bandai is clearly seen pregnant in the last chapter. The mangaka just mentions in the afterward that Schichiku and Nagisa also had a baby.
