That argument would hold more weight if she and Leon hadn’t grown up thinking they were fully blood related.

And it still doesn’t change the fact that she did actually think they were blood related. So that half still stands.
yeah i agree...tbh i think when they do this whole "oh they weren't related" it cheapens so much adoption and stuff which is how many REAL FAMILIES come into being, despite not being related by blood...she is still by all means their (adopted) sister so it still is like incest
