However, anyone who gets involved with a person in the adult entertainment/service industry as a client and falls in love, is a blathering idiot. It is a J-O-B. I was a stripper for 19 years and professionals don't shit where they eat (make clients their lovers). It's bad for business. Not only do you lose income, but you can never "get out of character" without the risk of having your privacy exposed. If you break up, they know everything about you and can make life very difficult (ask me how I know).
