What does dosirak mean that he's the second friend of ml? Who's the first one?

he's his first and second friend probably?? he became friends w the vampire in his other life before he died. now that he came back, they became friends again?? thats probably what he means but im not too sure lol

probably because there’s two different versions of him, purple & red and even dosira aged waiting so that’s also second version idk
