They come a bit later along with every other updated manga for the day. Time zones are different
Putting manga on 'now reading', and 'already read' notifies you automatically when there is an update.. but sometimes, the update shows up a late in notifications. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Update notification isn't real time, it notifies only once a day in a certain time. So if you always here, it's high chance for you to see new update before getting notification.
