It’s not that he passes as a girl, he passes as a TEENAGE girl — even if he was a female character, I’d still see that he looks like a teen. When you look at the bottom, he obviously looks like an adult and has regular facial and body proportions, the top on the other hand is drawn to look so youthful in comparison that if you didn’t know he was an adult, you’d easily assume he was a teenager
