Here are some recomendatiins that you might like:-
Sayonara alpha, Pendulum, Kurui naku no wa boku no ban, Unmei no kisu wa oazuke, Youchina koi o dou shiyou .
Try these, they are really worth reading for omegaverse.

Shall i consider Pendulum as an omegaverse manga? there are omegas but it's with actual wolves just like a werewolf story???

Yes, I think you should consider it omegaverse since only omegas were able to reproduce with those werewolves.
Since it has omegas and alphas distinction, it should be omegaverse.
