For how long do you think Teaha has been planing this? A few chapters ago it was mentioned that Mincheols got the new job through relations with higher-ups. From what we know of his background, that's very unlikely so my first thought was that Teaha pulled the strings for Mincheols to get that position to have more control of the situation and enable the adultery that caused the break up. We were recently shown a flashback of high-school looking Teaha taking notice of Haesoo in a deplorable state on the street, confirming that he's been at least aware of her existence for quite a while.
