I think she's lying to her dad, since she suspects he already knows, in order to make sure she gets the money for Jin Joo; after all, they say the best lies are wrapped in truth. Jin Joo is once again dependent on someone, regardless of if she reciprocates Doyeon's feelings or not. I think Doyeon doesn't want those feelings to be contingent on not wanting her to die or the guilt over her being kidnapped in the first place; it makes those feelings less genuine. I'd almost go as far to say she's actually speaking on Jin Joo's feelings and not her own since, up til her kidnapping, Jin Joo hasn't expressed that she actually feels that way about her - even showing contempt after the church incident. Doyeon probably thinks there's no way Jin Joo will ever love her the way she loves Jin Joo and that to show that now, after everything they've been through, is just going back to a place of complacency (hence the examples of situations you know you should leave but end up staying in). She wants Jin Joo to be free, especially free of any influence on her decisions.
