They really do look similar like a more cheerful version of Deon. Hopefully, it's not just the same face syndrome that artists tend to have and more so an intentional drawing choice.
The hart family has the symbolic brown hair and green eyes, Deon is the only one different with his albinism, he wishes that he was born "normal" so he could've been closer with his family than he believed he was. If we look at the hero who died protecting Deon he also has brown hair and green eyes, hes basically what Deon wishes he could've looked like to fit in with his family, like the world just hates him to throw what he cant be/look like in his face
I can't believe im only realizing this now, because of the image of the hero in front of Deon parents, but the hero who protected deon is literally just Deon if he weren't born with albinism...
