Except there were little clues leading up to this moment all the way through the story. Just like pekopeko said below. And it would be a really bad story if there was no indication of the things that were happening. But yeah I'd had enough of the Kyon/Lucaon rape cliché myself.
Well yes from the veery first chapter there were little things but mostly it was just kyon and lucaon moments and those were so annoying sometimes ,if there was more development in their relationship besides lucaon being asshole and kyon obedient puppy just because he fell in love with him,it would've been way better,well I hope now we'll get some interesting moments in story itself and their relationship as well and I really hope that kyon learns to value himself,at this point his personality is kinda weak

Finally there's improvement in the story maybe we'll get more than just kuyonxlucaon sex and their frozen in the same place relationship
