Actually, it the copy of the picture Little A has in chapter 1 (when he is talking to the bus driver). So yes (from left to right) it's Little A's mom, then Little A in the middle holding on to a baby goat and on the right side you have uncle. Which is where Fluffy was licking. He misses his owner.
