I Think They slept together. But Eui Joon bf always cheated and didnt respond to text and calls. And bc he was not that much in love with him, he did let it go/didnt Take it serious thinking there are reasons. You can see when eui Joon is with his Friends they were Quite shocked that his bf didnt contact him for 3 weeks.
