If it's "only" that (as disgusting as that is) I really think the seme should've eventually recovered. If there's nothing more, then I think he isn't just taking revenge over that, but that might be using that experience to blame the uke for all the wrong decisions he himself made after high school, leading the life of a criminal, etc. etc. Which of course would also be completely fucked up, no matter what the other dude did to him.
at 1st i felt bad for the uke but now i kinda understand why the seme did all these hahaha well he's the one who turn the innocent scar like dat.. he played with his feelings.. scar want him to feel what he feel úwù)
