I think the anesthesia didn't allow Lorenzo to feel the chip stuck in his mouth. Uno told him to come closer, (Lorenzo didn't ring anything at the exit, because he had the pass). Uno kissed Lorenzo and took the chip back.

I don't understand. Wouldn't he have swallowed the chip? How could the agent get it back through kissing?
