I'm reading the novel in the moment, and around chapter 161-170, that's exactly what happens, Courtney can't stand anymore "hurting" Richard bcs she realises that she fell in love with him, and since they don't know about aftercare( and are terribly inexperienced in love) they simply stop talking with eachother. I wish I could tell y'all how's that end, but the darn it scan group is asking for money for the next ch
Nooo omg I wasn't clear, you misunderstood, this( not knowing about aftercare and love) is one of the main plots, the ending that I was referring to, was about the solution, the novel 200 and something chapter+side storys, and I know for sure they end well ( they have kid together), I just really wanted to read how they gonna solve this issue and communicate about theirs feelings

Hmmm, kinda uncomfortable with the lack of aftercare here. Like sure, their relationship is in no way healthy, and this webtoon IS already a better representation, of 'scenes' and the mindset of a Dom and a Sub, of BDSM in general- but somehow the lack of aftercare keeps bothering me. It's not just the Sub who needs aftercare, the Dom needs it too- to understand what they've done is alright, and that it doesn't make them a bad person. I feel like the a lot of Courtney's troubles of identity crisis would be assuaged if she knew about aftercare. Oh well. In some part of the multiverse, this webtoon would have healthy representation of BDSM lifestyle and being married to your Scene partner and juggling life along with them...
