I think most of the problems with these kinds of plot is the ML is someone they knew when the LI is a kid and so they often grow up together (or the LI is the one growing up considering the mc is usually already an adult)
She betta fall for someone who is one par with her mental age......but it's all gross to image someone who is her mental age but also PHYSICALLY OLDER THAN HER......so weird.....maaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnn I hope the demon king reincarnates as human and is the same age as her......or she stays friggin single.....
