The last 2 chapters really turned things around for me. I'm not saying MC is at fault for what happened when they were teenagers but to use the feelings someone else has for you, whom you know is emotionally weak & can't seem to just walk away from the way you're treating them....well, this doesn't make me feel sorry for him anymore RIGHT NOW anyway.
Sungho is suffering from emotional scars left by the MC and he might have thought this was the only way to free himself from those scars.
