Honestly, it's whatever the author wants it to be/is comfortable with. C-section is the most common because normally a guy doesn't have a uterus for a birth canal so there's nowhere for the baby to be born the natural way. But lately I've read some fics where the babies are delivered...butt-wise? (I think that's how one would put it lol) I guess in that instance, males in that universe are born with a uterus ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
