I opened the chapter thinking, "Oh how cute, they’re on a vacation, maybe we’ll get a sweet moment or two."
But no.
They said, “Let’s give them everything they’ve been waiting for—and then some.”
Them alone in that cozy room? The lighting? The tension?? I knew something was about to go down. But I still wasn’t ready. I was literally sitting there whispering “No way no way no way” like I wasn’t grinning like an idiot.
