what happened!!

I was just reading then I was lock out from my account
I tried to reset password then it said my email is not registered
two minutes later I managed to login
did it happen to anyone besides me ? (⊙…⊙ )
I'm really confused (⊙…⊙ )

it mightve been a glitch, i was also logged out just now and it said either my password or email was incorrect but i literally have my passwords saved so that cant be it
