To be fair I don’t think those names will actually be used in the story in the future. It’s just a name reveal (I think but I’m like 90% sure)
Lang Wang literally means Wolf King..could be his actual name, or a nickname that everyone calls him by. He is an orphan, so his birth name has probably lost long back and he was nicknamed Wolf King by his original boss, aka Potato's grandpa.
