Usually when the cast is full male, they don't breast boobily down the stairs, have their clothes ripped off for no reason or the camera never pans down to their underwear for fanservice.
If the manga was all male cast who looked underage and the mangaka decided to sexualize them the same way, with them moaning and crying and flashing the camera every five minutes I would be grossed out regardless.

The biggest problem I have with this manga is that the girls are used as tools to pull in gooners and the way grown ass grandmas in the town blushing at obviously child MC which felt super predatory.
The mangaka could've easily drew them like adults or chose to not sexualize them, but he intentionally drew them like that.
