I could over look that, but with all that happened, and him saving the king, it ended with him STILL just being the fire nation slave, but with the minor benefit of being grudgingly accepted this time. He risked his life for a king that wasn't his, and is STILL a slave? And his memories before being enslaved not being there just gets brushed off? Not even going to put a fluffy note in there about starting the work of trying to understand, reason with and give refuge to peaceful remnants of the wrecked fire nation? Ok
What the actual fuck? That's it? What about those people who committed discriminatory actions unto him? No punishment? No deaths?
