I think you're misinterpreting his refusals. Imagine believing your entire life that you are hetero and suddenly you're having sexual desire for someone of the same sex. He's not refusing his seme, he's refusing to admit that he's enjoying sex with his seme. There is a big difference. He wants to have sex, he feels good and he is enjoying his partner's ministrations. He's okay with it and that is what makes him NOT okay with it. This was clear throughout the event and the events preceding and succeeding it as portrayed by his thoughts and actions. He was never actually angry or upset with the seme, he was angry at himself for enjoying it and took it out on the seme. Again, made clear both by his thoughts and actions. Do you often get jealous if your rapist is canoodling with another?

That was this story in particular. Let's talk about Yaoi in general, now. The tsundere personality is a common trait among ukes. Tsundere are cold and cruel on the outside and warm and loving on the inside. In other words, they not only rarely initiate sex, they often refuse it at first. This stubbornness is the draw. They want to be warm and loving, but it must be coaxed or forced out of them. If it not, their pride becomes wounded. In real life BDSM games, this person is known as a "brat". The brat intentionally refuses or disobeys their partner in order to attain what they desire most... punishment. Yet, despite adamant verbal refusals, a brat would never accept what they engage in as being referred to as actual rape. This is why many people with experience in the BDSM world often laugh at the phrase, "No means no." In the BDSM world only the safe word means "No" and the word no itself means, "Yes, absolutely, punish me more, please." Keeping that in mind, remember that Yaoi is pornography and contains a lot of fetish content. This "rape", as you call it, is simply the depiction of the BDSM fetish I described above. Take it or leave it, like it or not, it's the truth and a fact. If a manga shows no explicit sex scenes, it's shounen ai (that also includes implicit, or hinted at, sex scenes but not censored material) and is not pornography. If a manga depicts sex scenes explicitly (even if censored), or shows genitalia and penetration, it is Yaoi and pornography. Keep this in mind when choosing the genre you read because Yaoi/pornography is going to have fetish content like this and more, but shounen ai will not.

Wish I could like a comment <3 way to spell it out, it always bothers me when people cry rape after reading yaoi like this. To be honest it makes me feel like it devalues the actually meaning of the word rape which is a lot different and very serious.
