From Chapter 1 to 70, Jaekyung went from a complete walking red flag to... still toxic, but at least slightly more self-aware. In the beginning, he treated Kim Dan like he was nothing more than a tool. No respect, no empathy, just using him because he could. It was honestly hard to watch. But as the chapters go on, you start to see cracks in his cold exterior. He gets jealous, starts to show care in his own messed up way, and you can tell he's confused by his own feelings.
