I sort agree with you honestly I never really like them together that much and then they suddenly had sex and now she pregnant. I just don't think they have been much loving moment in the manga ( I know it's not a romance)

You're misunderstanding Touka when Hide was mentioned. And pretty much misunderstanding the whole point of having sex. AND the whole point getting pregnant. Pretty much everything about Kaneki.
touken shippers aside, the story went completely downhill when touka and kaneki had sex and even more when she got pregnant. was there such a need for that? the pairing is abusive asf and when kaneki was talking about hide touka just up and initiated the whole thing without caring about kaneki's emotional/mental state. such love...it looks like a badly written fanfic now...
