So the artists really need such a feminine looking uke?

When I clicked on the photos of the manga where they get married, I was confused for a second if what I was looking at was even a man, he was even more beautiful than most women. It kind of feels degrading to me (I m not dissing the likes of u guys if u r into that) but still... It's a romance between two guys, at least have the genre confirmed dear author, why do they need to make so girly looking uke, I have read so many of others who don't have that and are so good already.
