I 100% agree sooji can’t be put in a relationship at least not yet especially with all the abuse he has seen and he most definitely needs to de-center Jayu from his life she’s too young to be put in the position of a mother and honestly that’s what it’s looking like his teacher should’ve been the one to find out more about his situation and not jayu he needed an adult and everyone else failed him it doesn’t help that his also insecure about his eyes so he feels very strongly when someone mentions them cause he thinks they’re making fun of him. But anyways sooji needs an adult and a therapist to help him with his antisocial personality not jayu and I definitely think Jayu and jaehyeok need to communicate better as well on the topic of friendships between the opposite sex.
Ima lose my shit if this becomes a love triangle because it’s so unnecessary like first of all this didn’t need to become a romantic manhwa it could’ve just been friendship one where jayu makes friends and how she is navigating through her school life but regardless of what it could’ve been its was going good so far until there are certain scenes that make sooji look like the 2nd male lead plus if jayu and jahyeok are already together why stir things up honestly it’s just tiring to see that authors don’t explore the friendship between girls and boys and they just have to make it romantic for no reason like sooji and jayu make great friends but tbh I don’t see jayu liking him in that way if anything they give off more sibling vides like sooji is the younger brother and jayu is the older sister helping him come out his shell and in my opinion I wish the author would also let sooji explore his friendship with the other characters in this story other than just jayu like it’s so obvious the author is trying to make sooji the 2nd male lead but hopefully not. ( no hate to the character and author it’s just so disappointing to see how this are going so far I mean it was a good manhwa from the beginning but with the direction of how things are going it looks like a love triangle is starting to develop)
