while i agree that flirting while dating in a no no, context would have to be a big factor if we're to call it cheating. if we include the rest of the conversation prior it seems like angel is sizing him up, which makes sense when you remember that angel compares himself to his ex a few times in the story. not to mention HE'S DRUNK... filters fly when the liquor hits, and it's no surprise that angel is a flirty drunk.
