20 yr × 24 yr they did meet briefly at 16yr × 20yr for tutoring I think it was no more then a year possibly less seemed professional nothing icky then it goes to a 4 year time skip

The only thing you need to be careful of is that MC is very dependent on ML. He met him when he was 16 and has been constantly bullied back then, ML was the only support he could get. That’s why he developed near obsession, it’s like a chick imprinting on their guardian. However, now he does want a romantic relationship. If you ask me, it’s iffy, but not that bad
