i read the the original group try to talk to them but they ignore them that just rude at least talk it out or even do a joint with them if want to do it then just ignore them

if drop it then it fine to pick up but when it not drop and u ignore them i'm sorry that not right, and there alot manga that drop why they have to do the one that someone working when they know it not drop

Ice cream cake scans has apologized for not fully looking into if it was dropped or not. They have also said now that the original group has contacted them they are stopping and have asked mangago to remove ch 2-3. Though I really doubt they continued after they were told by the original group.

So much fiasco just because another scanlation team supposedly "steal" a project from original scanlator. But i don't see anyone create a fiasco about scanlation team steal from the original mangaka? Hypocrite..

Couple things. If you want to make a deal about scanlations in general go talk to the actual mangaka. Complaining no one is complaining does nothing. Plus there are plenty of people who complain about scanlations, though they usually just report everything. Also, I'm not sure if you were calling me a hypocrite or just people in general but I got to say if it wasn't for scanlations I probably would not have bought most the manga I have. I understand that if there is no demand there will be no supply. There are quite a few people who have learned Japanese to be able to buy and read the originals. While there are issues with scanlations its more of a grey area then black and white.

My point is why the original scanlation team make such a ruckus just because someone translate their project and even talk trash the 'stealer' scan team. It's not that the manga owned by them right? Do they even have the legal copyright to scan it? So the original scan is a thief as well. It's a pot calling kettle black situation or in my country language 'maling teriak maling'. That's why i said hypocrite.

Heres the thing, they don't have the copyright, thats true. What they do have is the fact that a lot of scanlators buy the original work, sometimes added in shipping. Then you have the time they might have already spent translating, cleaning and typesetting only to have someone do it instead. Its a lot of time that got wasted that could have been used on another project. Legally they don't have the right, but its often seen as a grey area. But the fact that a lot of time and energy go into these is a factor.
