But while away, the Dad’s lover took a while to come back like making it understood “I have the choice to never come back to a relationship where I have to hide”, so the Dad cried because he knew this, but the lover ended up coming back anyways, because he probably really loved him.
Originally, the main point of "the game" was for Renji to disappear because the dad's family didn't know he was gay. But on one occasion, Renji "disappeared" because he and the dad had some kind of really big argument, that even give way for the dad to think of break up.
