I think there is something wrong with the translation. The way the story was told it was clear they were siblings because their parents got married. Either that or there is something we don’t know

i wasn’t sure at first, but i think they have the same dad his mom was the mistress, and the last chapter mentions them being siblings “by blood”

i hope for all of our sakes that it’s a mistranslation though LMAO
