Did you find out what was the name? I tried searching for this as well, can't find it at all all I remember is that it was all black and white and it was a really old manga.
manga where the mc is a somewhat successful businessman of sorts who gets kidnapped. his kidnapper turned out to be a victim of child kidnapping that the mc had an (unintentional) hand in as a child himself. i remember at some point it shows the ml holding the hand of his kidnapper and he talks about how in a way he also loved him. they both come to understand each other other somehow and end up growing old together. iirc they’re fishing together as old men
