baaaaaaasically im looking for this yaoi manga where the uke lived in a village or something, and his neighbour gave him pickle-like stuff to eat. then the neighbour left him with a dog and another jar of pickles and asked him to take care of it. later the dog/wolf turned into a guy and told the uke that apparently he could get pregnant cuz the food the neighbour gave him did that so
