Em Duolingo does have Japanese now they added it a short time ago. I'm learning Japanese on it there. But I'm not sure if they teach Kanji, they do have Hiragana though.
Memrise is nice for learning vocabulary. There are a lot of languages to learn on there. You could check it out. It's on both, mobile and PC. (A lot of Korean students use it, as well, because it features most of our books.^^)
