Jaekyung does not deserve Kim Dan whatsoever, the amount of mental and physical abuse Kim Dan had to put up with is actually disheartening. Considering they are end game unfortunately Jaekyung needs to have this long chasing arc where he “redeems” himself and works on himself to be become a better person and towards Kim Dan where we can see the actual growth of affection and feelings. Seeing the flashbacks of him treating Dan like that made my stomach turn. They need time to rebuild their relationship and not get together immediately. Dan also needs to set boundaries as well.
