There are two different uploads, one is the official translation, which is a few chapters behind, and the other is a fan translations of the raws snached by the mangago bot?
Chapter 24 in korean is out since tuesday 0:00 korean time, there is just no english fan translation at the moment.
Is it only myself that has an issue with new chapter? It is always the same, and it is not related to the latest chapter i read... I am really annoyed with this issue!
