idk i cringed very hard at the fact that all this omega-ism is pretty transparently xeroxed from feminist struggles and women’s place in a patriarchal society. it seems women are still at a disadvantage in this story’s world, whether we believe our unreliable narrator at all or not. this is very silly and all but i prefer omegaverse works that gracefully reconcile the primary sex with the secondary in terms of worldbuilding. still very entertaining though, will be reading regardless of anything i said ( ̄∇ ̄")

Isnt that what omegaverse is anyway? The whole concept is basically just women’s struggled imagined on men

You have to remember where this is being published. This work is probably the entry-level feminism study for so many young fujoshis in Japan, and is one of the rare few omegaverse works that bluntly doesn’t provide a happy family ending to the characters. Its value is in opening the doors to young girls to feminist concepts in a digestible way.
