Redemption arc for the red bob girl.
She was hurt by the cheating ex and thought that she was getting cheated on by someone who she possibly saw out of her league. She keeps telling herself that she needs to have a family, the longer she waits the older she gets. She has some sort of pressure on her to create a family and thought she found the perfect guy. She never hated our main character after she found out it was the scumbag who’s been double timing. She hated how our main character was everything she feared, everything she was insecure about but still thriving. She wanted to see her break but of course not every person is pure evil. Our main character is old in the eyes of the red bob girl, independent, and was in a long lasting relationship. It was probably a mix of pity, guilt, and jealously that caused her to act that way. I personally think that this misunderstanding should be cleared up and maybe she could eventually be a reliable person for our main character in the case of an event. At the end of the day they’re both two girls in pain by the same man. One of them is young and immature and took it out on the other girl indirectly. She never hurt her to an extreme amount, because she knows they’re both hurting because of that man. She was also probably mad that it took our main character 7 years to realize he was a shitty man. She’s probably going to help our main character grow as well as our main character helping her grow out of the things that keep her bound to the things she does.

Or maybe she hated her because they've been dating for 7 years and not yet married? She did say marriage is the road to happines. And that it would take only a year of dating before marriage. Maybe she's mad at knowing the fact that FL had a guy waiting on her for 7 years.
But clearly, she doesnt have a single clue about marriage. FL is. She's just scared to start a family with the wrong person because of her toxic parents.
